When I opened Retail Therapy in 2008, I knew that owning a small business would be challenging—but no one could have prepared me for the trials and tribulations that this year brought.

As 2020 comes to an end, I want to sincerely thank you for your continued support of Retail Therapy. This year was tough. We had to temporarily close our doors, pivot entirely online and stay on our toes in every way possible. Through it all, we tried our absolute hardest to continue to give you the best shopping experience we possibly could. We introduced Facebook Live shopping sessions, reinstated our newsletter and gave our website a facelift. 

Whether in-person or online, it is always a pleasure serving you and we hope that we can be your one-stop-shop for ethically-made, sustainable fashion for many more years to come.

We are back open to shop in-store, with limited hours and capacity for your safety (and ours). We will continue to share our latest arrivals, style tips and more on Facebook and Instagram—as well as sending you text messages and emails when there is a Facebook Live event, new shipment of Magnolia Pearl or other important Retail Therapy news.

The bottom line is we could not have survived this year without you. We truly appreciate all of your support—whether you purchased something, shared a Facebook post, liked an image on Instagram, read a blog post, or tuned in to one of our Facebook Lives. 

In these uncertain times, there are two things you can always count on: our commitment to ethical and sustainable fashion—and to you. We are honored to serve you.
